The International Student Counseling Office of the Student Advice and Counseling Center will host
a one-day intercultural workshop “Zen Zemi 2024.”
In this workshop, participants will be invited to participate in icebreaking, team-building exercises,
and a simulation game, followed by Zazen and Japanese tea ceremony experience.
It will be a great opportunity to get to know students from diverse cultural backgrounds and explore how culture can affect us. Join us for this special experience!

Please Note:
★ If oversubscribed, 20 participants will be selected by lottery while ensuring the cultural diversity of
participants. Participants will be confirmed on July 22 and notified by email.
★This program includes Zazen (seated Zen meditation) by the abbot of Kozenji Temple,
but this is not a religious event. People of various faiths and non-faiths are welcome to participate.
