The International Student Counseling Office is holding an online relaxation workshop.
This workshop is designed to help you get through difficult times in daily life through tapping and breathing techniques.
We all have times like things not going the way we want, feeling stuck in studies and research, being unsuccessful in job hunting, and so forth. When the stress is accumulated, our bodies may react to let us know that it’s time to take a rest, by showing sings such as drowsiness, headaches, mild fever, stomach aches, and sometimes even tearfulness. This workshop can help you notice the bodily signs, release bodily tensions, and create space within your body.
During this workshop, participants will learn how to
● Notice tension in their body
● Release tension and create inner space
● Get a break from destructive thoughts
● Improve their ability to cope with stressful situations
Eligibility: All Hokkaido University Students
