Online Relaxation Workshop: Learn How to Relax Your Mind and Body 〜It’s Time to Give Your Brain a Break!~

The International Student Counseling Office is holding an online relaxation workshop.
Join us for a forty-five minute experiential workshop into Guided Imagery. This workshop is designed to help you calm your body and reduce tension while helping you maintain resilience against stress during difficult times. Guided Imagery is like a vivid daydream. With practice, this technique can also help you to better access your inner wisdom.

During this workshop, participants will learn how to
● Increase their ability to relax while resting in the present moment
● Release tension and increase inner peace
● Get a break from thinking obsessively
● Build a more positive frame of mind that increases their resilience against stress
● Improve their ability to cope with stressful situations

Eligibility: All Hokkaido University Students
Date: June 21st (Monday) 12:00 to 12:45

Become a peer supporter

Hokkaido University takes applications for peer supporters at designated times throughout the year. Peer supporters are paid part-time staff (administrative assistant) of the university. Check out the peer support unit web site or come to the Center for more information.
