Consultation Services at the Student Advice and Counseling Center Following the Change to Level 3 of the “Business Continuity Plan (BCP) during Coronavirus Outbreak”

In accordance with the change to Level 3 of the “Business Continuity Plan (BCP) during Coronavirus Outbreak,” the Student Advice and Counseling Center is currently providing consultation services under the following system.

Student Counseling Office, International Student Counseling Office, Accessibility Services Office Consultation method: In principle, remote consultation (ZOOM, WEBEX) is available.

Appointments can be made by email only at the following email addresses:

yoyaku(at)sacc.hokudai.ac.jp (Student Counseling Office, International Student Counseling Office)

aso(at)sacc.hokudai.ac.jp (Accessibility Services Office)

Consultation hours: 10:00 – 17:00
Staff members: Staff are on a rotating schedule for work-from-home.
(Consultants who provide remote consultation will be in the Student Advice and Counseling Center).

Peer Support Unit
 Student Counseling Section
 Telephone and online (Zoom) support has been suspended until further notice.
 International Student Section
 Telephone and email inquiry services have been suspended until further notice.

Become a peer supporter

Hokkaido University takes applications for peer supporters at designated times throughout the year. Peer supporters are paid part-time staff (administrative assistant) of the university. Check out the peer support unit web site or come to the Center for more information.
