In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, our Center has enacted the following precautions for individual student, faculty/staff, and family consultations.

For students
If you have some symptoms (especially a fever or cough), please do not come directly to the Center. Please call or email the Center.
If you already have an appointment, but you feel unwell or have symptoms (especially a fever or cough), please call or email the Center before your appointment time.

For family members or faculty/staff
If you have symptoms (especially a fever or cough), please call or email the Center.

As a rule, we would like to ask all students, families, and faculty to make first appointments for consultations by phone or email.

As the situation with COVID-19 changes, we may also make modifications to our precautions in accordance with Hokkaido University policies in addition to national and local policies.

We thank you for your cooperation.
